JAG Jeans Wholesale/B2B Policies

1. Order Placement & Acceptance
All wholesale orders must be placed through our approved sales channels, including our Shopify wholesale portal or designated sales representatives.
Orders are subject to acceptance by JAG Jeans and may require credit approval.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Wholesale pricing will be made available upon approval of the wholesale account.
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late payments will incur a charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

3. Minimum Order Quantities
Initial wholesale orders require a minimum of $1,000.
Subsequent re-orders require a minimum of $500.

4. Supplier Delay & Delivery Policy
JAG Jeans endeavors to meet delivery schedules but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, raw material shortages, transport disruptions, or natural disasters.
Customers will be promptly notified of any known delays and provided with revised delivery timelines.
Customers have the option to maintain, adjust, or cancel delayed orders without penalty if the delay exceeds 30 days from the original delivery date.

5. Shipping & Handling
All wholesale orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse unless otherwise agreed.
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the contract.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Returns due to buyer error or unsold stock are subject to approval and will incur a restocking fee of 15%.

7. Product Availability
JAG Jeans reserves the right to limit or allocate product quantities based on availability and demand.
Product availability is communicated at the time of order confirmation.

8. Marketing & Sales
Wholesale customers must adhere to JAG Jeans' brand guidelines in marketing materials.
Unauthorized discounting or resale of products on third-party marketplaces without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing and trade terms must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the wholesale relationship shall be first addressed through direct negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Policy Amendments
JAG Jeans reserves the right to amend these wholesale policies at any time with notification provided to all wholesale accounts.
