We hope you love every item you order! But if you don’t, not to worry. We are proud to offer a completely free return policy for purchases made from jagjeans.com within 30 days of the original delivery date and rules explained below. This means you can shop worry free and try us at no risk!

Return FAQs

What items are eligible to return?

All items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and have the original tags attached. The item must be clean and show absolutely no signs of wear. Items marked as sale, as well as all jewelry and socks, cannot be returned.

If we receive a returned item that doesn’t meet these criteria, a full refund will not be issued. A gift card may be issued, and shipping expenses and restocking fees may be applied.

If you believe an item you received is defective, please contact us directly. We’ll request photos of the defects and may not require a return to replace the product depending on the condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes we offer returns for items that has size issue, if item doesn't fit or arrives incorrect item, then you can choose an item for exchange.

Sale Items: All sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy is clearly noted on applicable product pages.

How long will it take for me to receive my pre-paid return shipping label?

Please note that for Canada returns 50% of a return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive your returned item.

For US Returns Prepaid shipping labels will be sent to you without any charges if there is only one item in the returns order and return reason is defective item received.

Once you submit your request through the returns form, our Customer Service team will review and check.

If item quantity needs to be returned is equal to 1, they will approve your return request, then email you a prepaid UPS label within few minutes of your request to the email address on file.
Otherwise, it will take 1 business day to review your request, that item quantity needs to return is more than 1, your return will be accepted without a prepaid shipping label and you will need to send order to the return location given below with choice of your carrier.

If there is only a size issue, a return request will be approved without a return label. You will need to ship with your choice of carrier, and we will ship you an exchange item.

You will need to provide images with proof to submit return request.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed automatically. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund credit to hit your account from the time your return has been delivered to us.

If I need to return an item I purchased on promotion and order a different size, can I get the same discount on the new item?

Yes! If you purchased an item on jagjeans.com during a limited-time promotion but it doesn’t fit and you need to order a new size, we will be glad to honor the same discount on the new size. Simply contact our customer service team at (844) 416-5922 or customerservice@jagjeans.com to help facilitate your return and place your new order.

Please note, this does not apply to permanently marked down clearance items. This only applies to items that were discounted during a specific promotional time period.

Can I return items that I've purchased in store or at another retailer?

We only accept returns for garments purchased online at jagjeans.com. If you wish to return an item purchased from an independent retailer, please contact them directly.

What do I do if I need to contact someone about my return?

If your return situation involves unusual circumstances and/or you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us by leaving message in website chat box, or by phone or phone or email and we’ll be happy to help!

All orders to valid street addresses in other regions are shipping as usual with minimal delays. If you're in an affected region, you're welcome to place an order, but please note that it will not ship until service resumes.

We offer below shipping rates, the rates are in US dollars, for Canada shipping address, these will be converted into Canadian currency according to the conversion rate.


When your order has been placed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, shipments are handed over to the carrier, and delivery times begin from that point. Most orders within Canada and the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery timelines are 2–5 business days after processing. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.
