Return FAQs

What items are eligible to return?

All items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and have the original tags attached. The item must be clean and show absolutely no signs of wear. Items marked as final sale, as well as all jewelry and socks, cannot be returned.

If we receive a returned item that doesn’t meet these criteria, a full refund will not be issued. A gift card may be issued, and shipping expenses and restocking fees may be applied.

If you believe an item you received is defective, please contact us directly. We’ll request photos of the defects and may not require a return to replace the product depending on the condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. However, customers are more than welcome to return any unwanted items through our returns form and place a new order for the desired items.

How long will it take for me to receive my pre-paid return shipping label?

Once you submit your request through the returns form, our Customer Service team will review and approve your return request, then email you a prepaid Canada Post label within 1 business day of your request to the email address on file.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed automatically. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund credit to hit your account from the time your return has been delivered to us.

If I need to return an item I purchased on promotion and order a different size, can I get the same discount on the new item?

Yes! If you purchased an item on during a limited-time sale promotion but it doesn’t fit and you need to order a new size, we will be glad to honor the same discount on the new size. Simply contact our customer service team at 1-888-585-4102 or to help facilitate your return and place your new order.

Please note, this does not apply to permanently marked down clearance items. This only applies to items that were discounted during a specific promotional time period.

Can I return items that I've purchased in store or at another retailer?

We only accept returns for garments purchased online at If you wish to return an item purchased from an independent retailer, please contact them directly.

What do I do if I need to contact someone about my return?

If your return situation involves unusual circumstances and/or you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll be happy to help!
